| Keith BaumannKeith Baumann has been a professional musician and teacher for over 35 years. After acquiring his first banjo in 1971, he began studying with banjo master Tony Trishcka. In 1983 the new acoustic music scene brought Keith out to the San Francisco Bay area where he studied mandolin with Mike Marshall and Tiny Moore. He soon joined Heartland, which featured among its band members Jim Nunally, Allison Brown and Rob Ickes. In 1991 Keith relocated to Chicago and began touring nationally with the highly acclaimed Special Consensus bluegrass band, performing at major festivals, concert venues throughout the United States. |
